G and I were worried when we heard of reports of typhoons and thunderstorms in Taiwan. When we arrived at Taoyuan International Airport, it was raining. However, after a cab ride of 30 mins away, we reached our Airbnb in Ximending and boy was it scorching for the rest of the trip.
I must note that the reason this post is titled "The Claw Machine" is because we went into every single claw machine store. And no, I am not exaggerating.
Night Markets
Ximen Night Market was amazing. Starting from around 6pm daily, the nightlife only ends around 1am. So the eating begins. Some other night markets we visited:- Rao He Night Market

Already planned our next trip back - only thing's left to do is to make some bookings!
